Business Process Improvement

As a paralegal in New York, I worked on an internal project identifying inefficiencies within my department and coming up with solutions.

I worked with teammates to interview members of my practice group to distill key patterns and identify user concerns.

One of the main insights that came from the research was that each team member approached  projects with different expectations of what the final deliverable should look like.

My efforts contributed to the development of new practices and the adoption of new tools to improve internal operations and facilitate the overall client experience.
